About me

¡Hola! My name is Paco Povedano. I am from the beautiful city of Cordoba in Andalucia, Spain. I love teaching Spanish because I can help others to learn and achieve their goals, I promote my culture and the cultures of other Spanish-speaking countries, and I meet amazing people (like you?). I started teaching in 2013 and teaching online in 2020. I have taught 2000+ private lessons since, and I have experience teaching all levels. I am a fully qualified language teacher (QTS and PGCE; CLTA Module 1, Instituto Cervantes; CELTA, IH-London) with experience teaching GCSE and A-Level.

As a language teacher, my greatest achievement is making people fall in love with the language and with the process of learning it. I believe that learning a language is opening a new window into the world, a way to enrich one's life forever, and a step forward in creating an inclusive society of open-minded people.
